Lovely experience being on the 86th floor and seeing the skyline of KL. Booking with Headout was seamless. Highly recommended
Views seemingly from top of the world! Seamless ticketing, queue management, timing coordination - everything was excellent!
Before my trip, I bought a reservation ticket for the Petronas Twin Towers in Japan, and at the same time I bought an admission ticket for KL Tower. The purchase procedure was easy, and there was no problem with the printed admission ticket to enter the Twin Towers, but at KL Tower, I forgot to download the headout app, so I responded locally. I managed to get in safely. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THERE WERE FEW TAXIS IN KUALA LUMPUR CITY, AND MANY PEOPLE SEEMED TO ARRANGE A CAR WITH UBER, SO IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO WAIT FOR A TAXI AFTER VISITING KL TOWER. I regretted that it would have been better to make a reservation after sightseeing at the hotel.
It was a good experience but the tour guides do not provide any information about the history of the twin towers. Other than that the view at the observation deck and skybridge were awesome.
Everything was well organised and the experience covered different viewpoint and allowed time for photos and enjoyment of the view
Awesome attraction. My dream come true to visit the towers. Tye lifts could have been more spectacular. Maybe an out door lift for paying guests. Plenty of time during the visit to look around and take pictures. What was amazing too was the that the telescoppic viewer was free. I thought you would have to pay for it but nah! It was free. Definitely recommend this site.
The entire visit was nearly coordinated at every step and the staff were absolutely professional. They provide guidance at every step and corner. Since it was night and there were powerful lighting everywhere in the towers good and clear photo snaps could not be taken due to reflection. Would prefer a time before sunset. Overall it was good experience.
Fortunately, it did not rain. We printed the ticket and they easily scanned the qcode. There was very little line also because they are very well organized with groups. Beautiful view with sunset !!!

Bought tickets effortlessly, skipped the line by showing the QR code, and enjoyed a hassle-free visit to the stunning Petronas Twin Towers!
The date on my ticket was incorrect and it was for when we had returned to UK! I had tried to get a refund or date change whilst in Kuala Lumpur but I was advised it was allowed?! Absolutely disgraceful customer service and a very bad impression for us tourists, we will never be using headout again to book anything. I have also warned others!
Ticketing experience was wonderful, real I appreciate and recommend headout, the trip was so good, organized and awesome
The staff was very informative and made sure we did not moss out on anything. The views were incredible and I enjoyed reading the information boards.
The staff were friendly but however did not give us any information verbally on the history or any fun facts/description about the twin tower building.
The view, well planed av stuff. Kind and nice. In top just 10 min but it was ok. You have more time when you are coming down. There is cafe and shop. Many screens that showed information about building and other experience.
We read reviews and knew we had to print out tickets before arrival. Wd showed up 15 minutes early, as directed. Everything went smoothly. It is good we had pre-booked tickets. Everything for that day and the bext day was full. Great experience
Excellent experience with Headout. I received confirmation from Headout as soon as I paid for the Petronas Tower tickets. One day before the visit, I received a reminder from Headout as well as copies of the tickets and location guide. On arrival at Petronas Towers, there was no problem for scanning the digital tickets provided by Headout. Thanks to Headout for an excellent experience.
Easy access. Just print the tickets once payment made h brought it to the enterance. Wish i could have just shown the email of tickets purchased or its qr code so i don't have to print it as a group of 5, i printed individual qr code ticket in an A4 paper. But maybe just scanning the emailed qr code from my phone could be done but i didn't know abt it? overall it was great.
undertone of humour, which kept us in high spirts throughout the 2 hour long walk. He even showed us gelato spots that are not on the tourist radar and I must say, they were so much tastier than the ones on St Mark's Square! I'd recommend wearing walking shoes because there's a lot to walk and a couple of steep bridges to go about.
Visit to petronas was simply amazing, truly its an architectural marvel n the experience in bridge n views from top was breathtaking
My children likes the activities in the petrosains, We also have a good experience to view the KL scenery from Twin Tower. The staf are very good. The ticketing booking is easy and save our times to que up.
An interesting and unforgettable experience to see inside Petronas, an exciting experience for our children as well.

Smooth and easy admission into facility.
Everything was very well organized. Very good views. Enough time to see everything. Nothing to complain.
Easiest way to book Petronas tower sightseeing
It was so unbelivable to see around tower. guidance was also good for me, I cannot walk fast due to leg probelm.
Situated on the 41 and 42 levels, the Sky Tower bridge is a nerve-wracking experience. It connects the two Twin Towers and acts as a stabilizer to keep the buildings steady in high winds and extreme weather conditions. You may feel small movements when you walk on the bridge, as it is not fully attached to the buildings.
The Observation Deck on the 86th floor of the Petronas Twin Towers offers stunning views of the whole city. From interactive augmented Virtual Reality (VR) screens, miniature city models, a video encyclopedia of Malaysia, and telescopic viewing of the whole city, the Observation Deck offers many such priceless experiences.
The glittering ‘jewel’ of Kuala Lumpur lights up every night and the Lake Symphony in KLCC Every evening, at 8 PM, 9 PM, and 10 PM, the lake dances with lights and creates breathtaking colorful patterns in the water. Petronas Twin Towers also have a postcard service where you can mail your loved ones.

The Petronas Twin Towers share space with the Suria KLCC shopping complex and the KLCC Park. There is an underwater aquarium, a science complex, and an art gallery, along with the Petronas petroleum company after which it was named, and several other offices inside the Twin Towers.
Definitely not for the faint-hearted but the Sky Tower Bridge is completely safe to walk upon. The small movements you feel while walking is due to the winds. The steel and glass encasing will keep you safe from every natural element.
The Observation Deck is located on the 86th floor of the Petronas Twin Towers. You can enjoy interactive augmented Virtual Reality (VR) systems, several models and miniature displays of the city of Kuala Lumpur, and a breathtaking view of the entire cityscape here.
